This site is dedicated to the activist, politician, cookie baker, animal lover and above all else, my beautiful grandmother Ilene Marietta Wright. It is also dedicated to my grand Uncle William Carlton Wright, a man without whom my interest in history, writing, politics and social justice may never have been sparked.
